Your authenticator is set up. For security, a portal administrator needs to confirm your access before your first sign-in. This is a one-time step, and someone will reach out to confirm it is really you. Once you are approved, just sign in again.

Because your email address is not a Pepe's company address, your account needs a second layer of protection: a 6-digit authenticator code from an app on your phone. Install just one of these free apps (if you already have one, use it): Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, or Authy. Install only from those exact names, avoid lookalikes in the app store. You set this up once; after that, signing in asks for a sign-in code we email you plus the authenticator code from the app.
